- Work with ESCOs or consultants to explore saving energy for complexes.
- Recommended on energy saving on aging building.
- Just successfully completed a $3million Green Mark Project (BCA support) in Bukit Timah Shopping Center.
- Also was the managing agent that assisted 3 major Shopping Center in attaining Greenmark Gold Certificates.
- Currently exploring Greenmark Gold for one more Shopping Complex.
- Chambers has 3 fully qualified Greenmark Facility Management persons (GMFM).
