GOH SECK WEE
Managing Director
He graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor in Business (Property) with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate, and holds a Diploma in Building Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He is also a member of the Association of Property & Facility Manager (APFM).
Joined Chambers Property Management Services Pte Ltd. in 1989 as Property Executive and was promoted to Property Manager in 1992. He was appointed as Associate director in 1997 and as a full Director in 1999. In addition to supervising the management of several commercial, industrial and residential buildings, he is also the Director in charge of Facilities Management.
FREDERICK TANG
Deputy Managing Director
A member of both the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV) and Association of Property & Facility Manager (APFM), he is also a Licensed Appraiser and qualified Fire Safety Manager.
A Bachelor of Science (Estate Management), graduate from the National University of Singapore, he joined Chambers in 1998. Currently he heads a property management team overseeing several commercial, industrial and residential buildings. He is also responsible for the implementation of the Company’s IT Infrastructure.
HANSEN TAN
Deputy Managing Director
Hansen graduated from NUS (Real Estate). He also has other qualifications which include an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies, a Business Management Certificate from the University of Dubai, a Certificate in Strategic Facilities Management and he is also a certified Greenmark Facility Manager.
Currently, being the Director in charge of facility management in Chambers, Hansen is actively involved in the tendering and business development of Chambers. His portfolio includes government projects, MNC projects, mixed developments, industrial developments and condominiums.
In addition to the above, Hansen holds numerous positions as a community leader and in associations in the property and facilities management arena, including being the Vice-Chairman of the NUS Building Estate Management Alumni (BEMA), the Vice Chairman of Bukit Panjang Community Centre, a board member on the Association of Strata Managers (ASM), a board member at the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA). As the Vice Chairman of the Strategy and Innovation Committee in SIFMA, Hansen takes a keen interest in innovation in the FM industry and would like to use his position to contribute to the FM sector in this area.

ALEX KOH
Director
Alex is a Director of the Property Management Department and has over 18 years of experience in managing strata titled properties including residential developments, industrial properties, warehousing and logistic facilities, retail spaces and mixed-use
developments.
Alex has risen through the ranks during his employment with Chambers since 2004 and now contributes to all aspects of management. Alex leads a team of property managers, participates in business development activities, manages asset-related commercial and contractual matters with various stakeholders, and supports in the design and implementation of Chambers’ IT tools and applications including Chambers’ first in-house smart phone apps CPMS.

EDMUND CHUA
Director
Edmund is a Director of the Property Management Department and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Edmund specializes in facilities management and strata titled management. He participates in business development activities
relating to strata-titled management services and integrated facilities management services.
Since joining Chambers in 2006, Edmund has advanced through the ranks of the company to become Director and now assists the Head of the Department to develop and implement corporate business plans and asset management strategies to meet business performance objectives.

Edmund is also an Accredited Strata Manager by the Association of Property and Facility Managers (APFM) of Singapore.

BEN POH
Director
Ben is a Director of Corporate Services and has over 20 years of operational, human resource, accounting and financial
experience in the real estate sector. Ben specializes in workplace operations and solutions, human resource management and
financial systems.
Ben manages Chambers’ workplace operations and solutions across all business entities, oversees human resource processes including remuneration, recruitment, performance management and people development, and supervises high-level external and internal financial systems and reporting.
Since joining Chambers in 2001, Ben has successfully spearheaded many digital transformation initiatives including the migration of accounting and financial operating systems to cloud-based platforms, and the implementation of HR Automation to digitize and automate manual HR processes including facial recognition and bio-metric authentication, HR staff engagement programs and payroll services.
Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance Degree from Murdoch University.

PAUL TAN
Consultant
A Professional Associate of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors of UK and the Australian Property Institute, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Studies with distinction from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing of UK.
A member of the Association of Property and Facility Managers (APFM), Marketing Institute of Singapore, Chartered Institute OF Marketing (UK) and a certified Fire Safety Manager. In addition to heading a team of property managers who oversee various real estate portfolios, he is also currently the OIC of Fire Safety Managers assigned to sites
WAN FOOK KONG
Consultant
Fook Kong has been involved in the real estate profession for almost 50 years during which time he has held senior executive positions in both the private and public sectors. As one of the early practitioners in strata management, he has been involved with major strata management schemes and in recent years, has been particularly active in providing advice to several developers of large comprehensive developments. Appointed by REDAS to undertake a review of the then Land Titles (Strata) Act, he proposed the introduction of the multi-tier management corporation structure which has since been embedded in the BMSMA.
Fook Kong's experience also include involvement in collective sales, project management, marketing and sales as well as private equity.
